     1.檢查泵(bèng)、齒輪箱和電機(jī)的對中程度；

     3.檢查各連(lián)接部位連接是(shì)否緊固；

     4.檢查管(guǎn)路壓在泵上的(de)力和力矩是否(fou)超過給定的☁️數(shu)值，如果溫度較(jiao)高，還應檢查管(guǎn)路是否有膨脹(zhang)節；

     5.檢查電氣連(lian)接的正确性及(jí)電機的額定值(zhí)，并檢查電機轉(zhuan)動🏃🏻‍♂️方向是否正(zhèng)确；

     6.檢查泵的轉(zhuǎn)動方向是否正(zhèng)确；

     7.如有安全閥(fá)，安全閥安裝必(bi)須正确，

     8.檢查泵(bèng)軸是否轉動靈(ling)活；

     9.泵的内部不(bu)能是幹的，特别(bié)是需要自吸的(de)時候，應向泵内(nei)🔞灌注一些油或(huò)輸送的液體；

     10.泵(beng)組裝時在零件(jiàn)的表面有防護(hù)液，如果這種液(yè)體☎️不能和泵💔送(song)液體相容，則必(bi)須清洗；

     11.最好在(zai)管路上安裝壓(yā)力表和真空表(biao)，方便觀察泵的(de)工作狀态；

     12.檢查(cha)機械密封箱是(shi)否注滿液體；

     13.檢(jian)查管路的閥門(mén)是否打開；

     14.如果(guo)用内燃機驅動(dòng)，請在起動發動(dòng)機前保持離合(he)✍️器脫✍️開；

     泵起動(dòng)後，檢查液體是(shi)否進入到泵中(zhōng)，泵是否工作正(zheng)❗常🌈，如果長時間(jian)無液體進入泵(beng)中，應停機檢查(chá)泵及管路。
