     5.檢查電氣連(lian)接的正确性(xìng)及電機的額(é)定值，并檢查(chá)電機轉動方(fāng)向是否正确(que)；

     6.檢查泵的轉(zhuan)動方向是否(fou)正确；

     7.如有安(an)全閥，安全閥(fa)安裝必須正(zhèng)确，

     8.檢查泵軸(zhou)是否轉動靈(líng)活；

     9.泵的内部(bu)不能是幹的(de)，特别是需要(yao)自吸的時候(hòu)，應向泵内灌(guàn)注一些油或(huo)輸送的液體(ti)；

     10.泵組裝時在(zai)零件的表面(mian)有防護液，如(ru)果這種液體(tǐ)⭕不能和泵送(song)液體相容，則(zé)必須清洗；

     11.最(zuì)好在管路上(shang)安裝壓力表(biao)和真空表，方(fāng)便觀察泵的(de)工⛱️作狀态；

     12.檢(jian)查機械密封(feng)箱是否注滿(mǎn)液體；

     13.檢查管(guǎn)路的閥門是(shì)否打開；

     14.如果(guǒ)用内燃機驅(qu)動，請在起動(dòng)發動機前保(bao)持離合器脫(tuo)開；

     泵起動後(hòu)，檢查液體是(shì)否進入到泵(bèng)中，泵是否工(gōng)作正常，如果(guo)長時間無液(yè)體進入泵中(zhōng)，應停機檢查(chá)泵及管🌈路。
